We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes online orders do not work out.
For your return to be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. Tags must be attached and it must be in original packaging for a store credit, within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We believe 14 days from delivery is enough time to try on an item and decide if it will work for you or not. Our quality control tries their best to check each item before sending them out. If for any reason a defect has been missed, please send us an email within 14 DAYS.
- We CANNOT cancel online orders after you've placed them.
- Rovie Clothing has the right to refuse merchandise returns at the store’s discretion.
- Once we receive your item, it will be examined and we will notify you by email whether it has been approved or rejected.
- Approved returns will be issued store credit within 5 business days.
- We will only replace items if they are damaged or defective. Email rovieclothing@outlook.com for exchanges.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Store credits + Gift Cards CANNOT be replaced if lost.
